Ali's thoughts on 30 day shred

So why am I doing this? Well one reason is because I am always looking for ways to lose some poundage (isn't that what us girls do?). So I lost a few pounds last month, completely stuck to eating healthy and working out about 1-2 times per week but the minute I went back to eating like a normal human being I gained the weight right back. It really made me realize I just need to eat what I want in moderation and work out a lot more but working 40 hours a week and having a toddler at home is not so easy. So imagine how happy I was when I found the 30 day shred on amazon and started to read the 1800+ reviews about how awesome this dvd really is. It's pretty much made for people like me, busy people that don't mind a challenge and don't mind working hard. Plus it's only 20 minutes a day so there's really no reason why I should not be able to complete 30 days straight of the 30 day shred. My husband is so sweet to agree to take on this challenge with me. It's nice to have the support of a work out buddy, plus we're both competitive so neither one of us will want to quit before the other. We are starting May 3 and I will post our weight and inches so we know if this dvd is as great as people are making it out to be.

Rich's thoughts about the challenge

So my wife has challenged me/her to an exercise program that luckily only last 30 days. I agreed at first because I want to support her, but I realized today that I actually need to lose some inches in my 185R13 (what Ali calls my belly as reference to a tire size) when I saw a picture of my gut while I was pressure washing my fence. I spent 4 years in the Corps so hopefully I can complete this too...
