Rich Day 3

It's only been 3 days and already I wanted to skip the workout this morning. 5:50 seemed to come REALLY early this time and I just wanted to pull the covers over my head and sleep for another hour. But I made the commitment and I just kept telling myself it's only 20 minutes. Plus, I feel better throughout the day now that I'm working out in the mornings so I know it's worth it once I get my lazy butt out of bed.

We did level 3 this morning and it actually seemed easier than level 2. I think it's because there weren't as many exercises with the weights so it's easier to do the "beginner" version of the exercises. You can't make the weights any lighter so there's no way to do a "beginner" version of the weight training. I could feel the difference in my stomach when I was doing the mountain climbers with my back flat instead of my butt in the air. It's WAY harder to do them correctly. The good news is that I didn't feel sore today so I think this means my body has finally given in to the 30 day shred. My new motivation is a t-shirt that Ali bought me a few years ago. It says "Got Your Tickets?" and then underneath it says "To The Gun Show?" Guess where the arrows are pointing?? Hahaa. I'll post a pic of it tomorrow, these guns are getting ripped!
